Makiko Yuasa is a Japanese painter.
Born in Niigata Prefecture. Lives and works in Tokyo. Influenced by feminism and Egon Schiele, most of her paintings are female nudes without faces. Her technique is dotting on foil. Curiously, she is still not that well known in Japan, but I consider her one of the most talented painters in Japan today.
