MARINO. (1989-)
MARINO. is a painter from Aichi, Japan.
She studied spatial design at Musashino Art University and received MFA. She then worked as a model before becoming painter.
Her painting works are characterized by the beauty of the textures on the screen. There are tens of thousands of painters who claim to be obsessed with texture, but in my opinion, MARINO.’s talent is outstanding in terms of ideas, formative ability, and screen composition.
Although she has not attracted any attention in the Japanese contemporary art world (she herself does not seem to be interested in the toxic politics of contemporary art world in Japan too), as a painter she has already gained a large number of fans and clients in Japan.
